Our mission is to enhance the quality of lives for those living in Boundary County by providing safe, well-maintained parks and recreation opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to play, to learn and to build community.

Goals & Objectives:

• Oversee and promote County-owned parks and recreation programs
• Maintain and improve facilities to meet the community’s needs, safety and security
• Ensure diversified year-round recreational opportunities and sports programs for all ages
• Serve the youth by promoting sportsmanship and talent while teaching skills and teamwork in a fun yet competitive environment
• Encourage volunteer participation
• Advance recreation opportunities in cooperation with the community
