Our covered pavilion is available to rent year-round, with the exception of the Boundary County Fair (including set-up and break-down of vendor booths). The pavilion is open for public use on all days unless rented. Our full rental agreement is available for review on the rental request form. This form must be submitted with payment in order to reserve any date(s).
This calendar is updated weekly to show available dates. There will be no reservations less than 7 days in advance.

DownloadOur property is often used for other events such as the 4th of July Celebration, Rotary Circus, etc. The form below is required to be filled out by each vendor at your event. In addition to the Field Use Form, a copy of their insurance with "Boundary County Parks & Recreation" listed as an additional insured, is required.
Events are subject to approval by the Parks & Recreation Board. Board meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month @7pm Parks & Rec office (7171 Fifth Street Bonners Ferry, ID 83805).
